Humanitarian, asylum and immigration law

Humanitarian law covers all questions related to the law governing armed conflicts.

Asylum law is aimed at all questions relating to the recognition of refugee status, while immigration law covers the different applications for residence permits (work permit, family reunification, serious illness (art 9ter), foreign student status, etc.).
