Holding a Master of Laws from UCLouvain and a Master in Tax Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Mr Teymour Moyson has developed in-depth expertise in corporate and individual taxation. His practice covers all areas of taxation, both direct and indirect, as well as registration and inheritance duties, including estate and succession planning. He advises both companies and private individuals on strategic matters and tax litigation, and has developed particular expertise in the field of tax abuse. Mr Moyson also assists companies and associations in relation to their legal obligations and in the context of acquisitions and restructurings, including due diligence, mergers, demergers, liquidations and reorganisations. He also handles matters relating to business criminal law, as well as tax regularisation, anti-money laundering and repatriation of assets. As the author of various publications and a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, Mr Moyson combines academic rigor with a practical approach in the service of his clients.
