Xavier Ceulemans advises companies and individuals on wealth structuring and taxation. With a wealth of Belgian experience in a big four company and international experience in private banking, he has developed a particular interest in issues relating to the ownership, sale and transfer of assets, particularly those affecting clients faced with cross-border situations. He also has expertise in the taxation of financial products, and assists clients in their dealings with the tax authorities and in connection with rectifications, regularisations and the repatriation of funds.
