Marc Libert has been admitted to the Brussels bar in 1987. He currently teaches deontology for the certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA) at the Brussels bar and is a disciplinary judge at the Brussels Bar. He is a former member of the Brussels Bar Council. He was visiting professor of tax procedure at the Haute École Francisco Ferrer from 2002 to 2007 and Chairman of the tax questions committee of the Brussels Bar from 2013 to 2015.
